Pablo is the son of Galician emigrants
with roots in O Ribeiro and Valdeorras.
The passion for wine in his family goes back to his grandparents,
a fact that was to mark his future.
After studying agricultural engineering and winemaking
and a period of research (Estación Enolóxica de
Leiro, Ourense), he continued his career by
working on projects in different wine regions in Galicia
and broadening his vision of the world of wine
with experience in South Africa.

Pablo’s commitment to Ramón do Casar
dates from the year 2006, when we made him
technical director of our vineyards. Our
paths converged at this time, and later on he
naturally progressed to become head winemaker
at the winery.
